To be fair, the only thing Mr. Snow had to work with was the numbers that Matt Walters was providing. Mr. Snow was not responsible to check out Matt's work, and I would guess at the time they didn't particularly WANT Mr. Snow the check it out.

You are being way to easy on the illustrious Mr Snow. He was not just a mere conduit for the misinformation of others. From all reports his actions at the most recent shareholder meeting would contradict that. Even at the height of my Naxos delusions I couldn't help but laugh at the drivel he produced. His absurd fantasies should have been a cautionary sign for the rest of us. The only positive point on his ledger is that he is the one who publicized Mr Walters possible conflict of interest.
