LG, Saw your profile and glad to see there are some others here who have examined Ruchard Ney's works. Have you read all three of his books? There is a Richard Ney board here at SI: Subject 17753 Can't help but notice how quiet the board is this morning, here and at Yahoo, indicating the degree of the damage done by the Cramer interview. IMO it will take more than just a press release or two to undo the damage. I just e-mailed Jennifer Schrier at IR, and included a very general but well informed suggestion of what steps might be taken to permanently instill investor confidence and more importantly get the marketing effort fired up, and hoping they are a few steps ahead of any ideas i might have on the subject. After a conversation i had last night with an old friend who recently retired from the board of BBD&O, a billion $$ a year ad agency, i am convinced that nothing short of an all out marketing campaign will get WAVO implanted as an icon in the consumer's mind.
