Did you happen to hear the interview with Mr Welch, CEO of Ge, this morning on CNBC? Someone asked him about the fonar lawsuit. He replied something like, we are appealing and hope to win. Then someone ask him --Why don't you just buy Fonar with a market cap of 100 million, and he replied something like, we just might have to look at that---

I think this was the essence of his comments, yet he said it in a jocular fashion. I expected to see the stock click up on his comments.
