As a WAVO shareholder, I'd like to begin a class action suit against CNBC, James Cramer
(Commentator), and The Street.com. I lost money when Cramer made his libelous and defamatory
statements on Wednesday's CNBC morning show "Squawk Box".
Please obtain the video and transcripts of the show and contact me as to what I need to do to make this
happen. I have also heard that I can file a claim as an individual in my local Small Claims Court. Is this
true? If so, I will do this at once.
