Hello Jinping
>>>Are those legal guys good? What is the outcome of fair SEXI story?<<<
I can't answer for the "quality" of any lawyer. I think I appreciate lawyer jokes too much, and have dealings with legal-types daily, and that has numbed the senses. This particular firm,is covered in the following post; techstocks.com,
As to What is going on in SEXI's world? Nothing that almost 9400 posts can't cover in better detail than I!

One sidebar; and folks, this is strictly my IMHO; AOL, notwithstanding their feisty financial boards, is to me a class act.
They started with the old GEOS driven graphical interface, giving breadth and awe to many a first time BullyBoard user. They took tremendous risks, poured their cash-cow bucks back into the organization, and made many mistakes, most in MHO, porportionate to their collossal growth.
They have made mucho $$$ for MUCHO shareholders since going public, and this current situation, should be a foreshadowing of good things ahead. A typical family finds just about everything they might need as beginners on-line, right there! I can just imagine the gut-wrenching being done by service providers who do not have AOL's growth problems. On one hand, the customer base is pissed and impatient, and on the other they wanna get on because they like it there!
Of course it is up to AOL to deliver the doubled phone-line base, and that will take care of some of the complaints, until their growth doubles again. I am not hyping the stock. I am hyping the company! I went online to change the service terms from what it was, to the "bring yer own ISP", and it was kind of clunky, but I later realized I didn't approach the process as intuitively as it was set up. Once that was done, it worked great, and the access problem and speed within the interface improved nicely.
I don't hang around AOL like I used to, because after all, the Net is a bigger frontier. I maintain the account, because of certain reliability aspects, and frankly some fine quality interspersed with pure clunk. I wish AOL had SI's interface, for example.
But anywho..I digress. For those who feel a class action is needed against AOL, that is their call, I don't think the actions taked by either operational errors or even isolated cases of outright criminal activity compares at all with what Systems of Excellence did to their shareholder base. From what I have read regarding Steve Case, he does not cast the kind of poop shadow that has been huttoed on SEXI shareholders.
As far as accounting methods? Compare the whole package to that of say TwinLabs, TWLB. Check out a current Esquire article written by Chris ??? He is also the same guy who wrote regarding AOL accounting methods!
As far as shorting? If ya got the guts, ya can get a lot of glory ( or gory!)
AOL has made the shorts happy, possibly as often as the longs!
Wot a company!
Good Luck to All
