Last night I was watching either CNN or MSNBC and there was a little blurb on Johnson & Johnson. The story line was how J&J was laying people off and consolidating operations to become more efficient and to strenghten their financial position.

Could only think that maybe they want this financial strength for acquisitions which would enable them to compete immediately in the stent business. ABMI came to mind.

This was a short little piece on the tv, did anyone else see it?
