Thanks for the info on discout rate--I had been using a much
higher number in the past--approaching 30%. Obviously this number
is very important. I think that the risk discounting percentage
has dropped somewhat in the past year given the success of xDSL. I
personally see a much larger potential market (perhaps 2001 and
beyond ) than the numbers I gave you. My thinking is that
20% of the PC market per year is 20 million modems--at $500/shot
your are looking at 10 billion/year once the technology really hits.

I am personally in all--WSTL ORCTF AMTX and PAIR (for
HDSL). (except for AWRE). At current prices I think WSTL is
riskiest but best near term potential. AMTX is next, with ORCTF
and PAIR less leveraged into ADSL than the other two. I think
you have to play at least two of them.
