I'm a little confused... If UBID is trading at +/- $50 and each MALL share will get 72% of UBID, MALL should be priced at $36. And that doesn't include any current intrinsic value to MALL. Why the discrepancy? Downside risk has to be pretty minimal in the high twenties. TIA, Dave
