I have no idea of what they are thinking or doing-to file a 10 K takes time and money and they do not have much of either, IMO I hasten to add. But I have a lot of stock companies that is in the same boat and it looks to me like I up a creek without a paddle is not too harsh a statement. They are not worth selling and not worth buying more so I will just do like a lot of other folks and that is hang tight, or wait and see if anything gets better.---francis terry
