Lawsuite Theory: Why hasn't WAVO filed?

Just a theory, but.....

It's pretty obvious they have cause. Hell if they actually filed the following day they would have gotten
even more press win or lose. Why haven't they?

Read the current press releases from MSFT on how the are currently reorg'n to gear up for interactive
TV. Wavo is now an even more attractive takeover target than before, but it would be real embarrasing
to MSFT if WAVO & it's shareholders had a pending lawsuite with a subsidiary of one of their partners
in MSNBC - NBC/CNBC. The only way to nip a shareholder action (at least the one's that didn't bail
on Wed) would be to offer a premium in excess of the $15 high on Tues soon. I'm guessing an
announcement at close or on merger Monday. Too many signs from both companies point this way.
Read MSFT news releases from today to see the trend on interactive TV. It doesn't take long to
investigate a 5min tape segment that millions of people viewed.
