comments. if you use the the www.isld.com site, please understand that it is still under development. Today there were some problems with island quotes not updating correctly, leading customers to think that their orders were not being filled properly. I am sorry about that. Your using the site is appreciated, it brings these problems to light, but please send comments to peter@josh.com, and do not call customer support at Datek online. On shorting. short sell determination is done automatically and electronically when you place your order. In some circumstances, if your order is not confirmed quickly or recieved and handled fast enough, it may be rejected at some point in the order handling as a short sell on a downtick. thanks.
