perhaps someone feels DGIV is undervalued at this price, knowing what the signed contracts will deliver in terms of revenues ? as I stated previously, DGIV is dealing with many foreign entities in their negotiations. What if some of these people know what DGIV has to offer and see its value so they decide to buy now ????
