A friend of mine's neighbor was charged with molesting his 14 year old stepdaughter. He was found not guilty. Out of court he openly admits to it and has put his meat to her several times since his trial. Now he was found not guilty but by my standards he is a long way from innocent. But then again I don't tend to lower my standards to fit the situation.
