LEUTHY, you have some excellent points. I have a lot of expertise in this industry and all your points are valid. I wonder if you are in the industry? However, there is lots of room to make money in this industry. I think you will see Ascend blow away earnings estimates when released. Latter part of '97 will prove interesting. Mike
