Mano, Sorry the BW article left the China issue and went on to the three-tier strategy that seems to be working so well. You are probably right and more people will realize they don't need that computing horsepower. But the conclusion I drew is that there are a lot of geeks and nerds in this world. Anyone who buys a Pentium II and hauls it away with his bicycle is by definition a geek. These people seem to have broken out of the traditional model of economic advancement. First they meet their basic needs for food, clothing and shelter. Then they buy a Pentium II. I would be curious to see how many of those buyers were shoeless. <g> -Robert
