Are the Brown Bros. not talking to each other? They're all over the map on CA, changing their rec. on every other news item, it seems.
To them I say, "your newly minted MBA is showing, learn from the real-world and history, and start by taking a look at CA's chart for the decade of the 90's."

Here's some investable advice....IGNORE THE PRO's, MAKE CA ONE OF SEVERAL GREAT CORE HOLDINGS, ADD ON WEAKNESS, RETIRE RICH.
