They've just bought themselves a huge pair of cement shoes. In the past 5 months of uncertainty, a number of good customers and employees have left KAO, leaving who knows what ?

Major challenge to digest this and maintain short and medium term profitability. Assuming $24 million in current liabilities...working capital problems lie ahead.

They may be successful, but more likely, they've bought a pig in a poke.
