Next couple of quarters will be challenging. Q2 could be very challenging - this is still a very good company but derive over 50% of revenue & more of profits from VideoCD - VideoCD is weak in Q2 and ESST is beginning to get some business. Cube hopefully will be able to get a better balance of revenues & profits from its other businesses by year-end 1997. I predict the stock will sell off - probably not too much due to the reasons you state.
