It seems this stock was manipulated by Shorts. 3 minutes before close, MM once again drop ask from$0.4799 to $0.4499 bid from$0.46 to $0.44. MM are playing game to get as much cheap shares as possible, then when KCAP rise again, they will make big money. Best Luck to all Wisdom
