I've just e-mailed your comments to an SEC investigator to whom I've also sent some things in the past. S/He knew of no investigation involving Par, but encouraged me to pass along any new comments such as these a few months ago. Rest assured that at least one of those "government agencies with three letter acronyms" is now closely watching YOU.
