Re: Dec 15th deadline, I presume you're referring to the $1,000,000 coming from the HDL deal. I can understand your concern as it certainly worried me. Since then I have found out that BV has $1,000,000 worth of hard assets that are held in trust according to the arrangement between HDL and BV. If HDL gets their deal then BV will receive $1,000,000 cash and transfer the assets to HDL. If, by Dec 15 the deal does not go through, then BV can flog the assets. Apparently since acquisition the value of the Tofino property has doubled. Cheers
