All two of them, eh? Come on now, be honest. Did you think that after reading the Press Releases in June that they would only have two houses under erection in December? I think this is a case of the truth lies in between us. Back then I thought none. So this is at least nominally more than I thought. And I bet it's plenty less than you thought. Here's a question: Do you think these houses will have plumbing/septic systems, phone and electricity this year? Next year? Year after? Or that there is or will be a food market, school or church within 3 miles in this time frame? I received some info from a Belize lurker that describes a similar project close by: Luke Espat's famous big Real Estate development fiasco known as "The Sinking Homes" were built on the Northern Highway. These houses are only 4 feet above the water level. Not a lot of margin already. Really and truly, what retirees are really going to want to move there? So far away from real scenic beauty of Belize that you see in all the pictures.
