Steve, I just finished reading the third quarter report from ICIX. I found an interesting statement: "One hundred percent of the net access lines added during the quarter were on-switch. We continue to focus on selling access lines that are on-switch, generating results that can be measured by improved gross margins, operating efficiency and customer service." It seems like the mature markets that WCII is in for >1-2 years should have this statement as their goal each quarter. An aside, it also makesICIX look very attractive at current valuations, though 95% of my CLEC portfolio is WCII. Warm Regards, Gary
