IT seems so. PENC's volume certainly is picking up. Strong order from Level 3 ($2 million of a $12 million order)for rechargable batteries to power telephone antennaes in third world country phone house phone systems, and increasing circuit board orders are now likely to boost the earnings of this company (this is the bulk of the company's sales). BK value= $1.54/sh. $.20-.30/sh eps in 1999, would imply a $2-3/sh stock.
