I thought we would be further along on the house building in Belize. I was very disappointed that we weren't. I also know that things very seldom happen on MY schedule. I also don't believe that they are being built on swamp land. To many people not connected with the company have been there and reported on the home sites. I have also heard about "sinking homes fiasco" Well if I was going to retire in Belize I would not want to be living that close to all the tourists and hussle and bussel. Not to mention the cost of living that close to prime real estate. Now if I was going there for a vacation that would be another story. beside I have been through two hurricanes in my younger days and beach front property is not where I would ever choose to live. I want at least 5-10 miles between me and the sea.
