Freedom is being acquired through a reverse merger by CyberQuest. Mark owns 72% of Freedom O/S shares. After reverse split and issuing new shares to CyberQuest (18 Mil), Mark will have about 7.2% of the O/S. His name is not listed as a board member of CyberQuest after the reverse merger. He is more or less selling a shell he purchased back in 96. I don't think CyberQuest will be in the need of a second shell (midl).

CyberQuest looks interesting... I have been DD'ing it for several weeks now... www.cbq.com

Was hoping no one on this thread would notice it... LOL
