Hi Jim. It is quite warm here in the DFW area as well. It has been a mild winter so far with green grass still on the ground! As crazy as ever. I am really tired of all the nonsense in the stock market. I don't know about you but this volatility and people's stupidity is getting to me. There are a lot of airheads out there. I keep seeing myself cutting back in trading. Oh, well. Have a nice weekend. Clint
