John,
I was not at all being hard on this company (IFMX). In fact, I was just responding to someone else's question about why would Lucent decline to comment to the Wall Street Journal. I was trying to explain the nuances between:

"The company declined to comment"
"The company could not be reached for comment"
"Sources close to the company declined to comment"

etc.

So, I'm not sure what you're referring to, when you say I'm being hard on IFMX. By the way, you might have noticed the <bg> and <vbg> in my comments which stand for <big grin> and <very big grin>, to clarify that my remarks about the reporter talking to the janitor were in jest.
