first of all...please forgive me for my last post...but i hope you understand....
ok harry...here is the deal...this is no joke...i realize that really sounds unbelievable comin from me...but it is no joke...
i will be spending the night in union city georgia, 1/2 hour south of atlanta, the night of february 16th, a tuesday...on the way to my brothers house in new orleans...colleen is going to make arrangements and we are all going to meet for dinner at a restaurant of her choosing...i will be driving my corvette, with room for one passenger...i will be passing close to the raleigh/durham airport...if either of you wish to fly that far, i will pick you up and you can drive with me to atlanta and visit before we meet colleens family...then, i can take you to new orleans airport for you to go home...or colleen can possibly make arrangements for a lodging for you near the atlanta airport, and drop you off there after our dinner...
i would love for you to come...i tell you what...if you both want to come, i will take my truck instead of my corvette...then we can all go together...i think it would be a hoot...and the truck has a rear seat, so there need not be bodily harm to anyone...ha
again, i regret my reference to the other thread here...please forgive me...i admit to being angry still, at the time...as usual, you guys have a very soothing and humorous affect...we have something here...not sure what to call it, but its here...friendship i guess would be best... |
