Are you implying that the SEC/Nasdaq would allow investors to be mislead. If you are then you are undermining the entire US economy.

In a word "yes". The SEC (and other regulatory agencies) don't have sufficient staff and resources to monitor every press release and every company.

Your answers to me are so ridiculous that I'm beginning to suspect that your thread may be a parody. However, on the off chance that you're serious, may I suggest some good mutual funds for you?
