The buyer of MCY through greenline the past couple of trading sessions is a comp. called "MORGAN GRENFELL TRUSTEE SERVICES (GUERNS", based in London..no fowarding number or address is available, and shareholders of this company are a series of numbered companies..execpt one called "Abuscus", also based in London, same sort of shareholder structure, These two comp. have accumalted exactly 3,234,050 shares in november, still trying to found out how many shares they own. I found it interesting that Abuscus has only one shareholder, yet Morgan...has 8...one being some sort of family trust, the family trust also owns 100% of Abuscus and 80% of Morgan..the remaining seven shareholders own 20% evenly. I dug abit deeper and found a Euro comp. it's origin is confidential as is its sharholders...called RBH-VRG Corp., this comp. picked up 6,989,977 shares in 1997 at average price of 80 cents....I'm suspecting that RBH-VRG Corp.,Morgan, and Abuscus are somehow related...all three are with T.D Green. all three are protected by a clause related to Trusts(eg. Family or corporate Trust). By the way did you speak to Mr.Mccarthy yet..or are you going to wait till monday? So what do ya make of this...a spider web of shareholders that control 10% MCY...just can't find the spider!
