Steve, thanks for the explanation. If I understand you correct, two insider sales on 1/7/97, one on 12/10/96 & 12/4/96 and four on 12/4/97 by CSCO employees is because they may have different "internal" rules which allow sales during those periods. But CSCC has a cutoff date of 11/18/97? Interesting theory but with all due respect, I am having a little trouble with it. I thought it might relate to state laws but alas insiders sold big prior to SHVA's announcement... Regardless, thanks for sharing your opinion. Also, I am not try to imply CSCO is not a great company--they are. Good luck, Daniel
