I strongly agree with you William. I also staid with ISLI when the broker who lead me to the stock in the first place adviced me to bail out after the buy-out announcement. This deal was done terribly and you can read some of my posts from that time to see that I expressed the same opinion at that time as well. Regardless how clever people think that Gary is, he fu_____-up this deal in grand fashion; and in the process, the shareholders who stuck with the company. A law-suite would be in order here.
