Great news!!! This thing would have probably dragged on a lot longer unless they were pushing to settle since it would most likely be a prerequisite to any buyout. SYSF has a great product, continued sales but has had lousy management. The NASDAQ delisting must have sparked them to action too, hopefully they won't be delisted and will announce some encouraging news. I bought another 5,000 shares today.
