I am not sure if EDS and AA are still in the running- Does anyone know for sure whether or not EDS and AA are still teamed with Martin on the IRS deal? On National Business Report tonight, it was explained that EDS's stock performance today was due to the teaming with Oracle on the web billing applications. This is important and legitimate. Web billing will be bigtime, it's transaction oriented and right up EDS's alley of running big systems that involve a lot of people and a lot of money. EDS built the business by processing millions of health claims, now this will be refreshed by billions of web billings. Did anyone see IBM's double page add this week promoting the s/390 as the ultimate web server? Is the glass house coming back? It sure looks like it.
