I used to service all their electrostatic plotters in the SE district in '92 - '94 (except FLA) as 3rd party. They were neat machines but required a huge amount of service to keep them going - lots of adhesives that didn't etc. Sales plummeted as result and they blamed our service company, fired us, and built their own service staff - supposedly more sales oriented. It must have been terribly expensive to do that. Haven't seen their newer wide format machines. Hope they work better than previous junk.
