Mike, that statement was from the press releases posted by PR Newswire,and Businesswire. biz.yahoo.com Its buried towards the bottom. NT is supplying all the voice equipment for Arris,ANTC is supplying all the basic fiber optic products. ANTC has no voice capabilities that I know of,only data. It seems to me that NT is putting pressure on ANTC to fork over most of the control of Arris,and considerable monetary value to stay part of Arris. Well TCOMA also pressured ANTC in carrying the cost of all the installation of hardware for them. ANTC has to bill later the things TCOMA uses,sort of like a consignment deal. It seems to me that ANTC runs scared most of the time,and buckles under very easily. I think their management is made up of Don Knotts look-alikes. Hiram
