To clarify who are classified as insiders, usually directors, senior management people and who with low rank but possess some highly confidential information, such as financial, sales, etc.. are considered as insiders. the majority of the employees are not insiders. Do you know what positions are the two employees who sold their shares on 1/7/97? are they directors, VPs? It is interesting to know?
