Does anyone know if the two stories that came out last week are
good news for the company. According to the stock reaction they are,
but I was wondering if anyone had any more information. The only
info I know is that PRDM announced they were buying a small chip
company for like 3.1 mil in stock and 800,000 cash. Then on
Thursday I saw news about the fact they had secured some sort of
chip deal with NKK. Will this help them rebound earnings in the
next couple of quarters?

If anyone has any more info, let me know
