Maxwell,

Does that scientist who temporarily discovered a magnetic monopole also share the same whacko belief of ESP (extra sensory perception of humane brain) with Josephson? Maybe working with temperature down to a few degrees above absolute zero anything becomes minutely possible. Or perhaps Josephson has discovered time traveling, just like myself, in which he knows the relative future if events were to be unaltered due to this extra knowledge.

Well, maybe someday AMD will have products utilizing Josephson junctions, but in the meantime is AMD gaining market share in the retail market? With my humble experience, AMD is. However, when AMD marks a chip at a certain speed, it is not necessarily
capable of functioning at that speed. The K6-2/333 I bought has already locked up once while booting. My P-II/450 has never locked up once even overclocked to 500MHz while booting. I know that which you have been telling me that I am just unlucky to get a K6-2 that is at the very bottom of the bell curver. How come I have not won a grand lottery yet?

AMD is lucky that most people do not dig down very deep in terms of technical performance. I am happy as well. My AMD investment in mere two months has almost doubled .

Good luck on your AMD leap options,
Time Traveler
