Pretty much all the non-reporting bulletin board outfits claim that they intend to report soon. Those who name dates tend to miss their own deadlines - dgiv, edii, aznt, etc. Then if they do file anything, as aznt just did, the numbers never seem to match up with the previous hype. It's a myth imho that genuine companies are built up from a start as a non-reporting bulletin board operation. Real companies do their books, get them audited, and file them with the SEC in a reasonably prompt time frame. There is no law preventing an OTC-BB listing from filing, and many do. Those who do not are imho extremely suspect. And a Nevada incorporation? ....
