Jerry Wenger Update

Jerry Wenger said he was not able to talk to the investment bankers today and would talk to them tomorrow. He said that Enzo did meet with Morgan Stanley today and he believes that the deal is still going through.

Jerry said he had to sell some of his shares of ENZ because he was called out by his broker and needed to free up some of his money and since ENZ was where he had the most (10,000 shares)he had to sell some of them.

Jerry also said that in his original conversation with the investment banker, the banker told him the partnership with Abbott would be worth
$30-$35 /per share.

I will listen to Jerry again tomorrow night and let you know what he has to say.
