Where's all the interest in CMF gone?

I've been in this stock since the end of last summer, and am hoping to see some of that excitement to come back and shock the price back up to where it's supposed to be, at around $8 to $12 / share. I wouldn't say CMF is a highly speculative investment, but then again, it has the potential to grow rapidly.

Any comments or ideas?
