I would say that Houston Interweb is a legitimate company. I have no comment on their
financial situation. If you do a net search on Houston Interweb, you'll get over 270 hits,
mostly customer sites. If you visit the Houston Business Journal website (free archive
searches), you'll find numerous references to Houston Interweb, including a pending
lawsuit against Landry Seafood (Joe's Crab Shack among others) where Landry
allegedly didn't pay for services rendered. You can also search on PinkMonkey and
you'll get a couple of hits where PM acquired the Interweb shares.
