I agree, the value is the potential not the immediate. My inputs were directed towards what I believe Allan Greenspan described as irrational exuberance being exhibited by some. Care and caution should at least be considered. If it was a sure thing the prices would already be much higher. Also, I tried to find this in the Oil and Gas Journal and failed. I will look to see what may be in this weeks issue. Bob
