If I understand correctly, the pitfall to shorters is a company with growing revenues and one that may already be priced near it's bottom. Also they should not like a company previously unknown to the investment world and about to be very well known in a positive manner.
The attraction of this type of company to investors and the resulting buying of it's shares causing the float to constrict is not a happy senerio to the shorters. I think they also like companies whose shares are thinly traded giving them a better controlling situation.

Of course every issue can pick up shorters, it's the nature of the game, but I don't think TSIG is in danger at this level and time of it's development.
