I'm not much of a believer in TA (mainly because I know so little about the subject), but don't the Momentum, OBV, and MACD charts of the past 2-3 months generally indicate a slow but increasing accumulation of shares, and a concurrent - but oh so slow - increase in share price?

Just tossing this speculation out there for general remarks. I'd have addressed this to MskiHntr, our resident TA scholar, but he's out of the office for the weekend, as it should be.
