Mike on the 10K There are alot of inconisitancies in where stock and money went, increase that shows how we went from 12.6 Million in 1996 to 57.4 Million in 1997? Are those share counts as of Dec 31 of each year? Yes these are number are for Dec 31. But my point being is we are having to back tract and see what where and how these shares where used. Some was legal some was ? There was alot of questionable "stock sales" we still are piecing together that also, like why was things given away at these low prices. About Phipps that is part of the litigation and I cannot comment on it. Use your imagination on how this happened <g> See alot of this is just part of what we are going for in recovering losses from the bad guys, reading that SEC report you are only seeing the tip of the iceberg, as things progress it will all make sense. I will say this in the not so distant future... like right after the first of the year, things are really really going to get interesting. Cant say a whole lot more than that, but you will know when it takes place <LOL> KAA
