Sonny,

Appreciate your comments on the annual meeting, and glad you could attend. I have one question for you though, during the conference call the question was raised concerning the distribution channel for their products and specifically if the product had made it to a few chains, was this commented on at the meeting? I have owned TSSW since 1995 when they had the product for windows 95, but they never got it out on time, and the stock began its slide from $17 a share to today's price. This had been a constant theme in their marketing and distribution, and hopefully they can correct it.

I just read another product endorsement from the November Windows magazine on Netoptimizer and how it actually increased performance on numerous machines from 7-30%, but if the product is not in the stores it is not going to help the bottom line, and this goes back to the problem from 1995. Jordan had not fixed this problem, so it is good he is gone, and if they still haven't corrected the problem, perhaps the sales and marketing director should be the next to go. I have seen a bunch of pop ups on search pages for increasing internet throughput, why does not TSSW have a pop up and take advantage of the publicity from the articles in magazines on their product. I think if they do not do something soon the technology will be outdated and the price of this stock will not move.

Shane
