I to find it curious that there has been no filings but on Oct 29, 1998, Mr Zwebner in his own words, and several other times, on the AGST thread, has stated he is up to date on his filings, yet there are no filings. he states his attorneys tell him he is fine, but are these the same US attorneys that wrote his opinion letters for him, and delivered them to the transfer agent, Mr. Walkers firm, a member of the LGCY board of directors, but on DCTC there is No form 4 or 144 filings for him.
He doesn't want to discuss the issues. He would how ever like to send threats via email or want you to call him. Sorry, running a company in the US and living in the UK does cause me wonder. Mr. Zwebners Bankruptcy, he filed in 1990 has never been discolsed openly to anyone in the US that he has conducted business with. Any reasons for that?
The news releases that have come out of LGCY and Video Call material, that he is sending out to anyone that calls the MA office of Video Call, they will send the material out. Then Mr. Zwebner doesn't want to discuss the facts. Also, there is a company out of Austin Texas with the same name??? Colin, there are alot of questions that have gone unanswered by Mr. Zwebner and as a shareholders we have the right to know the answers. |
